Jason and Sarah took on the role of proprietors of Chesney Stables in December 2009. They have 3 children aged 13, 10 and 6. Jason has previously worked in the farming industry working with a range of livestock, he is also a very well known driving instructor in the Driffield area. Sarah trained as a Nursery Nurse but now devotes her time to the running of the riding school and livery yard. She also helps out weekly at the RDA sessions
Ian has a long established career in the equine industry, training, breaking and backing, competition and teaching, also having worked for MAFF, (now DEFRA), Ian qualified in 2006 and teaches on a part time basis and specialises in Group lessons.
Having been at the stables since the very beginning, Emma knows everything about everyone and every horse. She has an abundance of knowledge and knows each and every customer and horse and pony individually. Her people skills and knowledge make her a vital part of the team. Emma is currently training towards her teaching examinations and specialises in teaching lead rein lessons, beginners and Equiclub (Children's Weekend Club).
